6-Month Grand Prize Competition Terms

• •The 6-month grand prize competition runs from January 17, 2025 to July 17, 2025.
• •Points are calculated based on the total booking value of your successful referrals. You earn 1 point for every AED 1,000 in confirmed bookings.
• •Only confirmed and fully paid bookings count towards your competition points. Pending, cancelled, or refunded bookings are excluded.
• •Points accumulate throughout the entire 6-month period. There are no monthly resets - your points keep growing!
• •Winners are determined by the highest total points accumulated during the entire competition period.
• •In case of a tie, the participant who reached the tied point total first will be declared the winner.
• •Competition results are final and will be announced within 7 business days after July 17, 2025.
• •The leaderboard is updated in real-time, allowing you to track your progress throughout the 6-month period.

Prize Distribution & Eligibility

• •1st Place Prize: Fully paid Europe trip package includes round-trip flights, hotel accommodation, and selected tours. Travel dates subject to availability and must be booked within 6 months of winning.
• •2nd Place Prize: 5,000 AED cash prize will be transferred directly to the winner's registered bank account within 14 business days of verification.
• •Winners must have a minimum of 5 successful referrals during the 6-month competition period to be eligible for prizes.
• •Winners will be contacted via email and phone within 7 business days after the competition ends on July 17, 2025.
• •Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
• •Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash (except the 2nd place cash prize).
• •Winners continue to earn their regular 10% commission on all referrals in addition to competition prizes.
• •All participants earn both 10% commission AND competition points on every successful referral throughout the 6-month period.

Commission Payment & Withdrawal

• •Commission earnings can be withdrawn once they reach a minimum threshold of AED 500.
• •Withdrawal requests are processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
• •Valid bank account details and identification documents are required for withdrawal processing.
• •Commission may be withheld if fraudulent activity or violation of terms is suspected.

Prohibited Activities

• •Creating fake accounts or providing false referral information is strictly prohibited.
• •Using spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive marketing practices to generate referrals is not allowed.
• •Manipulating the referral system or competition rankings will result in immediate disqualification and account termination.
• •Holidayys.com reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and withhold or revoke commissions and prizes.
