Validation
What makes a valid referral?
Travel Circle is built to connect genuine travelers with our services. Here's what we look for.
Valid referrals
- A friend who mentioned they're planning a family vacation
- A colleague who needs to book flights for a business trip
- A relative researching honeymoon destinations
- Someone who asked you for travel agency recommendations
- A neighbor looking to book a visa or holiday package
Please don't refer
- Someone just because they're your friend or family member
- Contacts who haven't expressed any interest in traveling
- People with no current or upcoming travel plans
- Random contacts to increase your referral count
- Anyone who hasn't agreed to be referred
Remember: one quality referral with a genuine travel need is worth far more than multiple referrals with no travel intent. Our team validates every referral before approval.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about Travel Circle.
What is Travel Circle?
Travel Circle is our exclusive referral rewards program where you earn real cash (AED) for referring people who have genuine travel needs and book with Holidayys. It's completely free to join and designed to connect real travelers with our premium services.
Who should I refer?
Only refer people who are actively planning to travel, looking for travel services, or have expressed interest in booking a trip. For example: a friend planning their honeymoon, a colleague who needs to book a business trip, or a family member researching vacation packages. Please do not refer people simply because you know them—they should have a real travel need.
How do I earn cash?
You earn AED 5 when your referral is validated by our team as a genuine traveler, and additional bonus cash when they complete a booking. Focus on quality referrals—people with real travel plans are far more likely to convert and earn you rewards.
What can I do with my earnings?
You can withdraw your cash directly, use it for flight ticket bookings with discounts, apply it to travel services at special rates, or book other services at discounted prices. Multiple redemption options available!
How do I track my referrals?
Once you join Travel Circle, you'll get access to a dedicated dashboard where you can submit referrals, track their status in real-time, view your cash balance, and see your referral history.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
There's no cap on earnings, but every referral must be someone with a genuine travel requirement. We validate each referral to ensure they have real travel plans. Quality always matters more than quantity—one well-matched referral is worth more than ten random contacts.
How long does it take for referrals to be validated?
Our team typically reviews and validates referrals within 7 days. During validation, we confirm the referred person has a genuine travel need. You'll receive notifications at every step - when your referral is submitted, validated, contacted, and when bookings are closed.
Do my friends need to know I referred them?
Yes, transparency is important to us. When you submit a referral, you must confirm that the person knows you're referring them and that Holidayys may disclose your referral to them. This also helps ensure the person is genuinely interested in travel services.
When does my cash become available?
Cash earnings go through a maturity period before becoming available for withdrawal. This ensures all bookings are confirmed and completed. You can track both pending and available cash in your dashboard.
