Which countries does Holidayys handle visa applications for?

30 destinations, across Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East, North America and Oceania. The 27 Schengen member states are handled as a single application rather than 27 separate ones. Each destination has its own page with the documents and current position for that country.

Do I need a separate visa for each Schengen country?

One application covers every Schengen state, so there is no separate Italy or France visa to apply for. It is lodged with the country you are spending the most time in — or, when no single country dominates the trip, the one you enter first. We work out which consulate that is before you start, then handle the appointment and the paperwork from there.

What documents do I need for a visa application from the UAE?

Most applications need: Passport valid for at least 6 months with blank pages; UAE residence visa copy (valid at least 3 months); Emirates ID copy (front and back); Recent passport-size photographs to embassy specification; Bank statements for the last 3-6 months; Employment contract or NOC letter from your employer; Confirmed flight and hotel reservations; Travel medical insurance for the trip duration. The exact list depends on the destination, your nationality and your purpose of travel, so we confirm it for your case before you start.

How long does a visa take?

It depends on the destination, and only some governments publish a turnaround at all. Where a country does, the figure is shown on that country's page and labelled indicative — the embassy sets the real processing time, and it varies with your nationality, the visa type and the season.

How much does a visa cost?

We do not publish a headline price for these visas. Fees depend on the visa type, the embassy's own charges and the processing speed you choose, so we quote per application once we know your nationality, residency and travel dates.
