Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms

- Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these Terms
- These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and business clients
Eligibility

- Hotel Accommodations: Hotel search, comparison, and booking services worldwide
- Transportation Services: Airport transfers, car rentals, and ground transportation arrangements

- Visa Application Assistance: Guidance and support for visa applications to various countries

Note: We act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, visa processing centers, etc.). While we strive to ensure quality service, the actual delivery of services is subject to the terms and conditions of these third-party providers.
Account Creation
- To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Account Information
You agree to provide and maintain:
- Accurate personal information (name, email, phone number, date of birth)
- Valid passport information for international travel bookings
- Current contact details for booking confirmations and updates
- Accurate payment information for transactions
Account Termination
- You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease
- We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
Security Tip: Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication if available. Never share your account credentials with anyone.
Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from service providers
- Prices displayed are subject to change until booking is confirmed and payment is received
- You will receive a booking confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp upon successful payment
- Booking confirmations contain important details - please review carefully and report any discrepancies immediately
Passenger Information
- You must provide accurate passenger information exactly as it appears on travel documents
- Name changes may incur additional fees or may not be permitted by service providers
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel
- You are responsible for ensuring all passengers have required travel documents and visas
Travel Documents
- E-tickets and vouchers will be sent to your registered email address
- You must present valid identification and booking confirmations at check-in
- It is your responsibility to print or save digital copies of all travel documents
- Lost or damaged documents may require reissuance fees
Special Requests
- Special requests (meal preferences, seat selection, accessibility needs) are subject to availability
- We will communicate your requests to service providers but cannot guarantee fulfillment
- Some special requests may incur additional charges
Important: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or required deposit. Provisional bookings may be cancelled if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Bank Transfers (for corporate clients and large bookings)
- Cash payments at our office (subject to verification)
Pricing & Fees
- All prices are quoted in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise specified
- Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Service fees, processing fees, and third-party charges are clearly itemized
- Currency conversion rates (if applicable) are determined at the time of booking
- Price errors will be corrected, and you will have the option to proceed or cancel
Payment Schedule
- Full Payment: Required for bookings made within 30 days of travel
- Deposit: Minimum 30% deposit for bookings made more than 30 days in advance
- Balance Payment: Due at least 15 days before departure
- Late Payment: Bookings may be cancelled if payment deadlines are not met
Refund Policy
- Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the specific service provider
- Non-refundable bookings are clearly marked at the time of purchase
- Refund processing time: 7-14 business days after approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Service fees and processing charges are generally non-refundable
- Partial refunds may apply for partially used services
Refund Exceptions
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, war, etc.)
- Government travel restrictions or advisories
- Airline or service provider bankruptcy
In such cases, we will work with you to find alternative solutions or process refunds as permitted by service providers.
Visa Application Assistance
- We provide assistance with visa applications but do not guarantee visa approval
- Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or immigration authority
- Processing times are estimates and may vary based on embassy workload and individual circumstances
- You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information in your visa application
Document Requirements
- You are responsible for providing all required documents in the correct format
- Documents must be authentic, valid, and meet embassy specifications
- We will review documents for completeness but are not responsible for document authenticity
- Additional documents may be requested by the embassy during processing
Visa Fees & Refunds
- Visa fees include embassy fees, service charges, and processing fees
- Embassy fees are non-refundable regardless of visa approval or rejection
- Service charges may be partially refundable if application is withdrawn before submission
- Rejected visa applications do not qualify for refunds of embassy fees
Visa Rejection
- We are not liable for visa rejections or delays
- Reasons for rejection are determined by the embassy and may not be disclosed
- We can assist with reapplication but cannot guarantee approval
- Travel bookings made in anticipation of visa approval are at your own risk
Important Disclaimer: Holidays Tours LLC acts only as a facilitator for visa applications. We do not have any influence over visa approval decisions. All visa applications are subject to the laws and regulations of the destination country.
Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation charges vary based on timing:
- More than 30 days before departure: 25% of total booking value
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% of total booking value
- 7-14 days before departure: 75% of total booking value
- Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total booking value (no refund)
- No-show: 100% of total booking value (no refund)
Booking Modifications
- Date changes are subject to availability and may incur change fees
- Name changes may not be permitted or may incur significant fees
- Route changes are treated as new bookings and subject to current pricing
- Modification requests must be made in writing (email or through our platform)
- Some bookings (promotional fares, special offers) may be non-modifiable
Cancellation by Holidayys
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to force majeure, insufficient bookings, or service provider cancellations
- In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or alternative arrangements
- We are not liable for consequential losses resulting from cancellations beyond our control
Note: Cancellation policies may vary for specific service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). The most restrictive policy will apply. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful
- Maintain valid travel documents (passport, visas, permits) for all travelers
- Arrive at airports, hotels, and meeting points at specified times
- Comply with all laws, regulations, and customs of destination countries
- Respect the terms and conditions of service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.)
- Maintain appropriate travel insurance coverage
- Inform us of any special requirements, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions
Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers/networks connected to the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Services
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
Consequences of Violations: Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your account, cancellation of bookings without refund, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Our Intellectual Property
- All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by Holidays Tours LLC
- This includes but is not limited to: text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design
- Our trademarks, service marks, and trade names are protected by law
- You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes
- View and print content for your own travel planning and booking purposes
- Download our mobile application for personal use
Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our Services
- Use our content for commercial purposes
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
Third-Party Content: Some content on our Services may be owned by third parties. Such content is subject to the intellectual property rights of those third parties.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
- We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content
- We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by third-party providers
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holidays Tours LLC shall NOT be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of the Services
- Acts or omissions of third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.)
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, etc.)
- Government actions, travel restrictions, or policy changes
- Delays, cancellations, or changes by service providers
- Loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or AED 1,000, whichever is less.
Important: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Dispute Resolution Process
- Step 1 - Customer Support: Contact our customer support team to resolve the issue informally
- Step 2 - Formal Complaint: Submit a written complaint to our management team
- Step 3 - Mediation: If unresolved, we may agree to mediation before pursuing legal action
- Step 4 - Legal Action: As a last resort, disputes may be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE
Waiver of Class Actions
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Amicable Resolution: We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and encourage you to contact us first before pursuing legal action. Most issues can be resolved through open communication.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes may be necessary due to:
- Changes in applicable laws or regulations
- Introduction of new features or services
- Improvements to existing services
- Security or operational requirements
- Business or industry best practices
Notification of Changes
- We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date
- For material changes, we will provide prominent notice on our website

Your Acceptance
