Bookings of AED 1,000 or more can also go on a 0% interest credit card plan from Emirates NBD, Liv, Mashreq, ADCB, HSBC and RAKBANK. The interest is 0%, though some banks charge a one-time processing fee; the amounts are on the instalments page.

Cancellation charges depend on how far ahead of departure you cancel: from 10% of package value plus service fees more than 45 days out, rising to the full value inside 7 days. Each service provider also has its own terms, and the more restrictive of theirs and ours applies. Refunds are initiated 7-14 business days from the request.
