1. Eligibility

This offer is available to new customers only. Existing customers who have previously used our visa services are not eligible for this promotion.

2. Payment Terms

• AED 180 must be paid upfront to secure the appointment booking
• This fee is the actual BFS Embassy appointment booking fee
• Romania bookings are free: Romania has no appointment fee, so nothing is paid upfront
• Payment is non-refundable once the appointment is booked
• Payment must be made through authorized Holidayys payment channels

3. Voucher Terms

• Option A (Appointment Only): No voucher provided. Customer receives appointment booking only and processes visa themselves (higher rejection risk without professional support)
• Option B (Full Visa Processing - RECOMMENDED): AED 180 cashback voucher valid for 6 months from issue date. Customer receives full AED 180 back as voucher PLUS complete visa consultation included
• Option C (Visa + Holiday Package): AED 300 voucher for visa consultation and processing services, bundled with complete holiday package booking assistance
• Romania: no AED 180 is paid, so Option B carries no cashback voucher; the visa consultation is still included
• Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Vouchers can only be redeemed against Holidayys visa services
• Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional offers
• Expired vouchers cannot be reactivated or extended

4. Appointment Availability

Appointment dates are subject to embassy/consulate availability. While we make every effort to secure appointments within your preferred dates, we cannot guarantee specific dates. Appointment availability varies by season, destination country, and embassy schedules.

5. Service Limitations

• This service covers appointment booking; visa approval is at the discretion of the embassy
• Holidayys is not responsible for visa rejections or delays by embassies
• Additional embassy fees, visa fees, and service charges may apply
• Document preparation and submission assistance is included with Option B and Option C
• Holiday package booking assistance is included only with Option C

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
• The AED 180 fee is non-refundable but the voucher will still be issued
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees

7. Privacy Policy

All personal information provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties except as required for visa processing.

8. Modifications

Holidayys reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. Terms and conditions are subject to change.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
