Questions about ladies-only trips
What makes these trips ladies-only?
Every traveller in the group is a woman. The trips are planned for women travelling with friends, with family or on their own, and the group travels together from departure to return.
What does a trip include?
Each trip page lists exactly what is and is not included. The Baku trip, for example, included return flights from Sharjah with 20 kg of checked baggage, three nights in a double-sharing room with breakfast, private airport transfers and private guided tours. Entrance tickets, lunches, dinners and visa fees were extra.
How do the rooms work?
Rooms are double sharing, two women to a room. If you are travelling alone, we pair you with another woman in the group. If you would rather have a room to yourself, ask before you book and we will tell you whether the hotel can do it and what it costs.
Can I join on my own?
Yes. Many women book alone. You share a room with another traveller and spend the days with the group, so you are never left to find your own way.
How do you look after the group?
Airport transfers are private, sightseeing runs in a private vehicle with a driver, and a guide leads the tour days. Our ladies desk in Dubai is on WhatsApp before you go and while you are away.
Do I need a visa?
It depends on your nationality and the destination. Visa fees are not included in the trip price and a refused visa is not refunded, so tell us your nationality when you enquire and we will confirm what you need before you pay.
How do I book, and can I cancel?
Message our ladies desk on WhatsApp, or use the booking button on a trip that is on sale. Full payment confirms your place. Trips are usually non-refundable once confirmed, because flights and hotels are paid in advance, so read the trip’s cancellation policy and consider travel insurance with cancellation cover.
