Indonesia runs both an e-visa applied for before you fly and an electronic visa on arrival, and which suits you depends on your passport and how long you are staying — ASEAN nationals are exempt from both. Separately, and regardless of route, every traveller must now submit an electronic arrival card within the three days before arrival. It is free, it takes minutes, and it is the step most people only hear about at the airport. We handle the visa and remind you about the card.

Documents you'll usually need
- Passport valid for at least 6 months with blank pages
- UAE residence visa copy (valid at least 3 months)
- Emirates ID copy (front and back)
- Recent passport-size photographs to embassy specification
- Bank statements for the last 3-6 months
- Employment contract or NOC letter from your employer
- Confirmed flight and hotel reservations
- Travel medical insurance for the trip duration
