Job description

We handle tourist and visit visas for more than 50 destinations from the UAE, plus UAE visit visas, status checks and Schengen appointments. This role runs those files from the first question to the decision. You check documents before a customer pays, fill the forms, book the appointment, lodge the file in Dubai, and tell the customer where their application stands without being chased. You will be the person who knows what each consulate actually asks for this month, not what a website said last year. The office is in Al Jaffliya, Dubai. You work beside the sales team, whose customers need their visas before they fly.

Key responsibilities

• Check every document before a customer pays, and tell them plainly what is missing
• Fill application forms, book appointments and lodge files at consulates and visa centres in Dubai
• Track each file to the decision and update the customer at every stage
• Handle UAE visit, tourist and transit visas, extensions and status checks
• Book Schengen appointments and prepare cover letters, hotel and flight confirmations and insurance
• Tell the team the day a fee, a processing time or a document list changes, so our visa pages stay correct
• Keep every file's stage current in our system, and bring a refusal to the manager the same day
• Collect visa fees, issue receipts and reconcile them with accounts

Requirements

• At least 2 years processing visas in the UAE, with files you lodged yourself at Dubai consulates or visa centres
• Knows what a complete file looks like for Schengen, the UK, the United States, Canada and the common Asian electronic visas
• Methodical with paperwork: one missing page or wrong date costs a customer a refusal and a fee
• Fluent spoken and written English; Arabic, Hindi or Malayalam is an advantage
• Comfortable going to consulates and visa centres in person
• Already in the UAE, or able to join us at short notice

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma, or visa work you can show for itself
• Will not promise an approval: the decision belongs to the consulate, and the customer hears that from us first
• Writes a plain document list a customer can follow without calling back
• A UAE driving licence is an advantage for consulate and visa centre runs
