Europe Tour Packages from Dubai with Visa: What It Costs and How Long It Takes
Nobody sells a Europe tour with the visa inside the price. Here is what the tour, the visa and the flights each cost, and the order to do them in so the dates still work.

The short answer: no honest agency sells a Europe tour with the visa inside the headline price, because the visa fee depends on your passport and the embassy, not on the tour. What we do is handle all three pieces together. A seven-day Europe tour starts at AED 5,490, a Schengen application through us starts at AED 940, and flights from the UAE run roughly AED 1,500 to 3,000 return. Budget around AED 8,000 to 10,000 all in for a first week in Europe. Start the visa eight to ten weeks before you travel. Last checked 21 October 2026.
If you have searched "Europe tour packages from Dubai with visa" you have probably found listings that imply the visa is included and then exclude it in the footnotes. This page sets out the three costs separately, says who does what, and gives you the order to work in, which is the part that actually decides whether your trip happens on the dates you wanted.
The three costs, separately
| What | From | Who arranges it |
|---|---|---|
| The tour on the ground | AED 5,490 for 7 days | Us, with the operator |
| Schengen visa application | AED 940 per person | Us, you attend the appointment |
| Return flights from the UAE | AED 1,500 to 3,000 | Us, quoted for your dates |
| Travel insurance | Required for the visa | You, or we can point you to it |
| Realistic total, first week | AED 8,000 to 10,000 |
The tour price and the visa fee are firm. Flights are the variable: the same week in February and in July are not the same fare, and nor are a Tuesday and a Saturday.
What the tour price buys
We sell 73 tours that take in at least one European country, from seven to 26 days, and 57 of them cross three or more countries. One price covers your hotels for every night, mostly three and four star in twin rooms, a modern coach with a driver, a guide from the first day to the last, breakfast every morning and a number of dinners. Flights and visas sit outside it. Everything is on group tours.
Where a tour earns its money is multi-country routes. Europe Taster covers eight countries in seven days from AED 7,510; organising that yourself means six intercity journeys and seven hotels, and you would struggle to beat the price. The cheaper end:
- Ireland in low season, 7 days, from AED 5,490. No Schengen needed, but Ireland has its own visa requirement for many passports.
- Central Europe in low season, 10 days across 5 countries, from AED 5,873.
- Taste of Eastern Europe, 7 days across 5 countries, from AED 5,900.
- Taste of Italy or Taste of Spain, 7 days, from AED 6,175.
Low-season departures are the same itinerary in a cheaper month, usually with fewer people on the coach. If your dates are flexible, that is the easiest saving on this page.
The visa, and why it is not in the price
A Schengen visa is issued by one country's consulate to one person, and the fee and the documents depend on your nationality, your residence status in the UAE and which consulate you have to apply to. That is why a tour operator cannot fold it into a price list, and why any page that claims to has quietly excluded it.
What we do instead: we prepare the whole application, including the cover letter, the itinerary and the hotel confirmations the consulate wants to see, book the appointment, and tell you exactly which documents to bring. Applications start at AED 940 per person, and the consulate fee and biometrics are part of that. You attend the appointment in person, because biometrics are compulsory and nobody can do that part for you. Our page is Schengen visa services, and the detailed walkthrough is how to apply for a Schengen visa from Dubai.
Which consulate you apply to is decided by your itinerary: the country where you will spend the most nights, or the first country you enter if the nights are even. On a multi-country tour that is not always obvious, and getting it wrong means a refusal, so we work it out from the itinerary before anything is filed. Appointment waits differ sharply between consulates, which is the real reason to start early.
Not every European tour needs a Schengen visa. The UK is separate, and Great Britain from AED 6,865 needs a UK visa instead. Ireland is separate again.
The order to do things in
This is the part that decides whether you travel on the dates you chose.
- Pick the tour and the departure date, and ask us to hold it. We check the seats with the operator before anything is paid.
- Start the visa immediately. Eight to ten weeks out is comfortable; six is tight in summer. The consulate wants to see your booked itinerary and hotels, which the tour gives you, so the tour has to come first.
- Take out travel insurance. A Schengen application is refused without it, so this is not optional.
- Book flights once the visa is approved, or on a refundable fare if you book earlier. Never buy a non-refundable ticket before a visa is granted.
- Pay the tour balance on the schedule we give you.
The trap we see most often is step four happening first, because a fare looked good. If the visa is then delayed or refused, the ticket is the money you lose. Book the tour, apply, then fly.
If the visa is refused
It happens, usually over the bank statements, the employment letter or an itinerary that does not hang together. Two things to know. First, the visa fee is not refundable, from us or from the consulate; our fee covers the work, which has been done either way. Second, tell us straight away, because tour deposits and cancellation terms have their own deadlines and what we can do about them depends entirely on how early you tell us. The cancellation policy on your tour page is the one that applies.
This is also an argument for travel insurance with cancellation cover, and for being honest with us about your paperwork before we file rather than after.
What the whole thing costs, worked through
One person, seven days, Taste of Italy, travelling in a shoulder month:
| Item | AED |
|---|---|
| Tour, 7 days, hotels, coach, guide, 6 breakfasts, 3 dinners | 6,175 |
| Schengen visa application through us | 940 |
| Return flights, Dubai to Rome, shoulder season | 1,900 |
| Travel insurance | 150 |
| Lunches, entrance tickets, spending for 7 days | 1,200 |
| Total | 10,365 |
The same tour in low season, with flights booked early, lands nearer AED 8,500. A longer multi-country route is the same arithmetic with a bigger first line.
Frequently asked questions
Can I buy a Europe tour package from Dubai with the visa included?
Not as one price, because the visa fee depends on your passport and consulate rather than the tour. We arrange the tour, the visa and the flights together and give you one total for your own case.
How much is a Europe tour from Dubai with visa and flights?
Around AED 8,000 to 10,000 for a first week: from AED 5,490 for the tour, from AED 940 for the visa and AED 1,500 to 3,000 for flights.
How early should I apply for the Schengen visa?
Eight to ten weeks before departure. Appointment waits vary a great deal between consulates and are longest from April to July.
Which consulate do I apply to for a multi-country tour?
The country where you spend the most nights, or your first point of entry if the nights are equal. We work it out from your itinerary before filing.
Do I need to attend in person?
Yes, for biometrics. We prepare everything else and book the appointment.
Is a visa needed for a UK or Ireland tour?
Yes, but not a Schengen one. The UK and Ireland each have their own requirement, which we handle separately.
What if my visa comes through late?
Tell us as soon as you know. Whether a departure can be moved depends on the operator's terms and how much notice there is, which is why we ask you not to wait.
