Women-Only Tours from Dubai: How Ladies Group Trips Work

The short answer: a women-only trip is a small group in which every traveller is a woman, travelling together from departure to return. You can join on your own: rooms are double sharing and we pair solo travellers with another woman in the group. Our last departure, Baku Bliss, was AED 2,500 for three nights including return flights from Sharjah, and it ran in April 2026. The next dates have not been announced yet, so this page explains how the trips work and how to be told first. Checked 21 October 2026.

This guide is for women in the UAE who want to travel with a group rather than alone or with a mixed tour, and for anyone booking for a mother, sister or daughter. It covers what ladies-only actually means in practice, how rooming works if you have nobody to travel with, what is and is not in the price, and what the last trip looked like. What "women-only" means on our trips

It means the group is entirely women. Nothing else about it is unusual: you fly on a scheduled airline, stay in an ordinary hotel and see the sights with a guide. What changes is who you are doing it with. The trips suit three kinds of traveller, and usually all three are on the same departure:

• Women travelling with friends or family, who want the logistics handled and a group to be part of.
• Women travelling on their own, who would rather not land somewhere new by themselves.
• Mothers and daughters, and sometimes three generations, where a mixed tour would not suit everyone.

We are careful not to promise things a trip page cannot back up. We do not claim every guide is a woman, and we do not describe the hotels as premium unless the trip page says so. What each departure includes is written on its own page, and the price is what you pay.

If you have nobody to travel with

This is the question we get most, and the answer is the one that matters: you do not need a travel companion. Rooms are double sharing and we pair you with another woman on the trip. You spend the days with the group, the transfers are private and pre-arranged, and the ladies desk is reachable on WhatsApp while you are away, so there is no point at which you are working out a new city by yourself. If you would prefer your own room, ask before you book and we will tell you whether the hotel can do it and what the supplement is.

What the last trip looked like

Our most recent departure was Baku Bliss, three nights in Azerbaijan for AED 2,500, which ran in April 2026. It is a fair picture of how these trips are built, so here is what that price covered.

The days covered Baku's old city, the Palace of the Shirvanshahs, the Maiden Tower, the Flame Towers, Highland Park and the Caspian boulevard, a full day out to Gabala in the Caucasus foothills, and a day on the Absheron peninsula taking in the Ateshgah fire temple, Yanar Dag and the Gobustan rock art and mud volcanoes. What a ladies trip costs

The Baku trip at AED 2,500 for three nights with flights is the benchmark, and it is deliberately low. Short-haul destinations within four hours of the UAE are what make that price possible: Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia and Oman. A longer or further trip costs more, and the price on each trip page is the full price for the itinerary shown, with the exclusions listed above.

Two practical notes. Full payment confirms your place, because the flights and hotels are bought in advance. And trips are usually non-refundable once confirmed, so read the cancellation policy on the trip page and consider travel insurance with cancellation cover.

Visas

Whether you need one depends on your nationality and the destination, and visa fees are not in the trip price. A refused visa is not refunded, so tell us your nationality when you enquire and we will confirm what you need before you pay anything. If you would rather not wait for the next ladies departure

The ladies-only trips run as one-off departures, so there is not always one on sale. In the meantime there are two other ways to travel with a group from the UAE:

Frequently asked questions

Can I join a women-only trip on my own?

Yes, and many women do. You share a room with another traveller from the group and spend the days with everyone else, so you are not finding your own way anywhere.

Will I have to share a room with a stranger?

Rooms are two to a room and we pair solo travellers with another woman on the trip. If you want your own room, ask before booking and we will tell you whether the hotel can do it and what it costs.

Are the guides women?

Not necessarily, and we will not claim otherwise. The group itself is women only. Transfers are private and a guide leads the tour days.

When is the next ladies-only trip from Dubai?

It has not been announced yet. New departures go up on the ladies-only trips page. Message our ladies desk and we will tell you when the next one opens, with dates and price.

Is there an age limit?

No. Groups have ranged from women in their twenties to grandmothers travelling with daughters and granddaughters. Tell us who is coming and we will flag anything on the itinerary that might not suit.

Can I book for my mother or daughter?

Yes. Book on their behalf and give us their details and nationality for the flights and any visa.

What if I have a dietary or medical requirement?

Tell us when you enquire, before you pay. We will confirm what the hotel and the itinerary can accommodate rather than guess.
